Will EZ Living take away my unwanted packaging?
EZ Living’s waste implementation plan ensures unwanted packaging is removed from all ready made furniture or post-assembly. EZ Living can also remove your old mattress for a small fee.
How can I track my EZ Living delivery?
Keep an eye on your inbox for email updates - you’ll receive a tracking number when your order’s been shipped. You’ll also get an email or text from DPD on the day of delivery.
Does EZ Living offer free shipping?
Delivery is free for orders over €49, or otherwise costs €4.95. Just keep an eye out for the green An Post icon next to items that are eligible for this free delivery.
What’s the EZ Living returns policy?
If you’ve received your order but it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days to get in touch with EZ Living to organise a return and refund. Return your items to a designated EZ returns location yourself, or you can organise collection for a charge of €49 or €79.
