What are the Harvey Norman delivery options?
Small items can be delivered for €4.99 (it takes 3-5 working days), larger items for €24.99 (3-5 working days) whilst furniture and bedding costs €49 (7 working days). This includes free delivery and removal of packaging. Premium Delivery costs €69 and is only available on furniture and bedding. It includes all of the above and light assembly if required. Store collection is also available for free.
What is the Harvey Norman returns policy?
You can return your item within 14 days to the store of purchase, so long as items are in as sold condition, in their original packaging and you have retained the receipt. You can also return DPD delivered items by post. Some items are excluded from this including gift cards, mattresses, pillows, large domestic appliances, kitchen appliances where installation has begun, personal hygiene products and headphones.
