Do I have to enter my flight details when booking with Hoppa?
You don’t need to do this when booking, though you will have to supply these details at least 48 hours before departure or risk cancellation.
Can I cancel my Hoppa booking?
Yes, cancel more than 60 days prior to your first journey and you’ll get a 90% refund. Cancel 15-60 days before and you’ll receive a 75% refund. Cancel fewer than 15 days before and unfortunately you won’t receive a refund.
If you have opted to pay with a deposit you can cancel up to 7 days before booking and not have to pay any cancellation fees, though you will lose the deposit. Cancel more than 7 days before and you’ll be liable for the full value of the booking.
