Will I have to pay the entire fee upfront to Canvas Holidays?
If your booking is in more than 12 weeks time you can opt to pay a deposit, then the full fee will be due within 12 weeks of the booking.
What is the Canvas Holidays cancellation policy?
You will be charged a cancellation fee depending on when you have cancelled the booking. Cancel 84 days prior to your holiday and you’ll be charged €180, cancel 28-83 days before and you’ll pay 50% of the total price. Cancel 14-17 days before and you’ll pay 70% of the total price, cancel 8-13 days before and you’ll pay 90% of the total price. Cancel fewer than 7 days before and you’ll be liable for the cost of the entire trip.
Do I have to pay a damage waiver with Canvas Holidays?
You can opt to pay a Breakage Waiver that will cover you in case of any accidental damage occurring in your accommodation.
