How much can I save in the FitFlop sale?
The FitFlop sale is showcased year-round, with discounts of 30% off being very common. That’s not to save you can’t save more during special sales periods – we’d always recommend checking in toward the end of the season, on Black Friday and early January. These particularly high sales periods often mean there’ll be a surplus of stock on selected models, meaning they’re more likely to have their price slashed further, so check-in and see if you’re lucky enough to get a new pair for as little as half price!
What are the FitFlop delivery options?
FitFlop offers both a standard and next day delivery service on all orders. Standard delivery costs €8.50 but becomes free if you’re spending over €100 during your shop, which takes between three and seven working days to arrive – maybe longer during sale periods. Next day shipping costs €12 but is guaranteed to arrive at your door provided you ordered before 4:30pm.
How long do I have to return items to FitFlop?
Customers have 28 days from the date their items arrive to send them back for a refund. Be sure to contact customer service beforehand to obtain the invoice needed to send your products back.
