What documents do I need to rent from Europcar?
You must have a valid driving license in the country where rental takes place. You must have held this license for at least a year before the rental. If you are renting abroad, you’ll also need a valid identity card or passport. Age requirement is usually 21, but this varies by country.
What is the Europcar cancellation policy?
You can cancel your prepaid rental up to 48 hours before the rental is due to start for a full refund. Prepaid reservations cancelled after that will be refunded less an administration fee. ‘Pay on arrival’ reservations can be cancelled without charge providing it is more than 2 hours prior to pick up time.
