What are the Moonpig delivery options?
For standard, small and postcards:
First Class (1-3 days) - 65p
Order by 7.30pm First Class (1-3 days) - 95p
Large cards:
First Class (1-3 days) - 98p
Order by 7.30pm First Class (1-3 days) - £1.28

How do I check my Moonpig order status?
Login to your Moonpig account, click the My Account tab and you will find all your orders listed under your Order History section - each other will have a correlating order status. To see what each order status means click here.
Where is my Moonpig order?
If you sent your item by Special Delivery, Special Delivery Sat, Royal Mail Tracked or Courier Delivery your order can be tracked in you Moonpig Account under Order History. Select the tracking number under the dispatch date of the item and this should open the delivery partner’s tracking site.
Unfortunately items sent by First Class Post or Airmail First Class are not trackable.
Can I cancel or change my Moonpig order?
You can change or cancel your order providing it hasn’t been printed. Login to your account and go to the Order History section in the My Account tab. As long as the order is ‘Order Received’ you can change or cancel it.
